Places an order and paid with credit card and never received products

I placed an order with NoMoreRack on December 14th and never heard from the company concerning my delivery date or Tracking number until I went back to their web site and searched it. I found that my order was processed on December 17th and is still sitting at the processing center since December 17th.

After reading about All the problems people have had I emailed asking them about my Order and I haven't heard back from them.
