On Friday, December 7, I ordered an item and paid for it through Paypal. After a couple hours, the order status was still showing "pending" so I contacted the Nomorerack.com call center, where I was told that the payment was still being processed and to call Paypal to check on the status. I contacted Paypal and they told me everything was fine on their end, that the payment had already been processed and paid to Nomorerack.com. I immediately called Nomorerack.com back but was too late, as it closes at 6 pm EST. I sent emails but have not heard back. Today is Monday, December 10. The Order Status on Nomorerack.com is still showing "pending" so I called the Nomorerack.com call center back to check the status, and was told that my order was canceled due to "cart expiration". However, the site still let me put the item in my cart and "pay" for it. Conclusion: I will never do business with Nomorerack.com again. Customer satisfaction is apparently NOT their biggest priority.
