Bought a "save several months ago for a pair of headphones, 75.00. When a month had passed I attempted to call. The company puts you on hold for a t least 50 minutes. I tried again and was put on hold 45 minutes only to be told i would get the headphones by 5:00 the next day? Wow, that was a month ago. Still nothing. I attempted to call again last week to be told the last agent was incorrect, and the storm held up the shipments. Ok maybe, but 3 months. All emails to the customer service have gone unanswered.
I have asked for my money back... No answer. I have filed a dispute with the credit card co.
