Best buy bait and switch called unavailable - acer chrome laptop

The acer chrome advertised in the sunday paper and on the internet as a best buy with a red flag next to it is not available and has not been for weeks even though on page 5 of the flier it takes up half a page and is said to be best buy? That is gone!!! The next closest is$269 as opposed to$199. This smacks as bait and switch tactics. I don't want to hear about manufacturer problems or the ad was placed months ago, someone must edit them before publication. That does not help with a disapointed grandson, its underhanded and they give you no where to complain but here. You can't talk to a real person except some poor girl trying to put a good face on it. Thanks alot! Poor policys and shows a corporate arrogance I don't wish to deal with. James strickland
