I received my local phone bill and noticed a charge for 12.95 for USA Voicemail. I looked into it on the internet and found this web site and a helpful number that was left by another user. I called this number and mt call was answered right away. The lady was extremely helpful and cancelled the service and issued a refund to my account. Crazy how a web site that provides those pesty pop up boxes can get away with this type of scandal. If we do not have governing agencies that can control this, how in the world are they running the national security in this country.
