I purchased a electronic piano from the above company. It was nothing like the picture or brochure I received. It looked very cheesey and cheap.

I returned the piano in its original condition and mail materials. I call customer service and ask why it was not credit to my two accounts (bank and discovercard). The customer service personnel pretend she did not know what I wanted their company to do with the returned merchandised.

I stated "credit it back to my bank and discover card." The customer service personnel stated that she will credit the electronic piano back to my two accounts. Nothing has been credited to any of my two accounts.

My bank, Bank Of America should be credited for $50.00 and my DiscoverCard credited for $157.95. This company has both their merchandise and my money.
