Oam Billing - SBC
Support Voicemail OAM, SBC Billing rip-off!

I called my home phone company (SBC) to find out why I hadn't received my phone bill, they then told me of charges of 19.99 from some voicemail company. They told me that I needed to call the company to get these charges taken off. When i did call the 800-926-6435 number I was hung up on about 3 times before I even got to an operator. When I finally did get in touch with a live person she was polite and took the charges off.

I then told her that the email address of support@4usavoicemail.com was directing me to a usacomplaints.com company she was shocked and put me on hold and then hung up on me. I also told her how could they be putting charges on my home phone number under my name and my home phone number is under my husband's name. She couldn't answer that question. This has to stop, these companies are ripping us off. SBC is a big enough company where the should be able to catch these things. If we start sueing SBC I bet they will take more time in charges they are allowing to appear on customer's bills!!!
