I applied for a loan with Financial Solutinos. They told me that I was approved for $25,000. Because of my credit I had to get either a co-signer, collateral (home or car), or purchase an insurance policy to cover the loan. I was to send money to Canada to the courier for the company Suncorp (alleged insurance company). On the 15th of October I was to receive the $25,00 electronically. Needless to say that did not happen. I have tried to get in contact with the company and they won't clear off the voice mails in order for someone to leave them a voice mail.

They ripped me off for $, 250.00 and I want my money back. I will be contacting the Usa Consumer Complaints.com and also the Attorney General's office. The phone number listed the BBB is not in service. Someone needs to get this company and put them out of busines. They prey on people with mediocre credit and exploit them.

I noticed that they had three (3) complaints with the BBB, but the gentlemen by the name of Mr. Foley explained them to me, or at least he was good at fooling me. The person that I dealt with was Kelly MacFarland who signed a letter stating that I was obtaining an insurance policy and once the money was sent to the courier for Suncorp they would release my $25,000.

I will exhaust every avenue available to me to bring charges against this company for their illegal practices. I am already in contact with a lawyer to determine what course of action that I must take. Someone needs to do something about this company and all the companies out there that are ripping off the consumers who really need help and get bogus offers!
