Travel life go direct called my husband one day when i came home from work on his cell phone. They already had our bank routing number and our checking account number. They told him he was under no obligation at this time and they would send him a booklet to see what the company was all about, and he can call them if he was interested. Since may, not only was 19.95 dollars taken out of the account, but 49.95 was also taken out for lucid long distance. Which the true name is lucid unlimited long distance. The address is 6860 gulfport blvd. Ste. 148. South pasadena, florida 33707. When i did my research i found out that they both bank at the same place, and their bank numbers are the same. Whe you call the so called authorized banking number, you get a recording, call cannot go thru now. 1 (800-853-6354). When you call lucid unlimited long distance, 1 (877-470-4831), you get a recording that tells you to call 10-15-15-800, which charges 5.00 per minute. They changed their phone number. Now to call travel life go direct. (866) 558-4013, i type in my husband's cell number and i have two options, to cancel all contracts now or options number 2, to get a full rembursment. I did both. We have a joint checking account. Even though my last name is different from his. I am only asking a refund for $311.00. That is what they took so far.
