Conseco/Greentree rip-off! Bend over and get kicked some more. Tempe

This all started when we had a death in the family and believe it or not on 9/11 my husband got laid-off his job. We paid them for three months late but they got paid. We didn't get a job until 6 months later. Had new mortgage company willing to pay them off and be able to refin. They wouldn't allow it. They gave them a pay-off of alot more than was on they statement.

We ended up filling for bankrupcy. Found a new mortagage company willing to take over the mortgage for the price they told the courts in their paperwork, and once again they refused the pay-off and told the company we will get more in forecloure and sell of the home. I filled a complaint with the federal trades commission, with the flordia banking and financing, and tried with the state att. Genral's office, and like everyone else have gotten no where. We all should get together and find a lawyer who will help us to fill a class-action law suit in ferderal court. Let's see if we can make them pay for all our pain. If a law suit against Household Fin. Company for the same practices was won, WHY CAN'T WE GET THE SAME KIND OF JUSTICE?
