Cancelled "additional" unauthorized shipments they billed my credit card and sent more product

I heard a radio message for Epiclear. Received my "free" sample even though I had to pay $17.95 for a. 05oz bottle! When I received the sample, I notice in tiny, tiny print that they would send me more and bill my credit card. I called and try to cancel this, but due to the "heavy" calls I was put on hold. I work in an office, and can't stay on a phone all day trying to cancel my order. Needless to say I was a day late in trying to cancel and they said it was too late and it shipped out already. Yeh, right. I told them to stop the shipment and they refused. I'M TELLING YOU NOW! ANYTHING THAT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD DEAL IS NOT!
How can a company keep billing your credit card. I never signed anything. This seems to be a perfect rip off to me!
