Marketplace Textbooks No helpful information given by TEXTBOOKS.com. They pretty much wash thier hands of it after funds have been withdrawn

I placed an order on textbooks.com. I noticed the book I ordered actually was offered by another company dormbooks.com. Funds were immediately withdrawn from my bank account by textbooks.com. Since then I have tried to get a status on the delivery of the book but have been unable to do so. I emailed dormbooks.com with no reply. I then placed a call to textbooks.com and all they could do for me is give me the email address that I have not gotten a response from. I asked them for a phone number and they indicated they do not have one.

I feel as though the purchase was done through textbooks since they withdrew the funds and they should be responsible for the whole transaction or they should not offer to sell books through other sites.
