I was billed for accessing a web site on the internet when there wasn't anyone at home. I was at work and my 11 yr old daughter in school. One web direct bill claims I or someone accessed a webb site in the united kingdom at rate of $5 per minute, also my long distance carrier would be billed at a rate of $1.99 per minute, bringing the total charges to $174.75 for being online for 25 minutes. This is obsured charges! Especially when there wasn't anyone home to access this site and upmostly no agreement between anyone and them!
