FTC has no clue how to treat their employees

As a current employee at the college they do not treat us the best. Morale is at an all time low and no one has received raises but tuition has gone up. Students do complain about their financial aid getting messed up and money missing. Do yourself a favor and go to a community college which is more reputable. I have been asked to report things to the government as a mole. Many would be shocked at what is going on and how FTC will get hit hard.
