Nationwide Bi-weekly
Massive confusion and poor customer service

Business & Finance

I signed up for their services, then after reading what a rip -off they were and the fact that they are being sued by the state of Ohio, I called back and cancelled the same day. I proceeded to my bank where I cancelled the check as a backup measure. Two months go by and I received a call from a collection agency. After ten phone calls and back and forth with a voice mail system I left a message with Customer service who will call me back within 48 hours. (if I'm lucky). I still haven't reached a conclusion. I noticed that they have made various deposits and deductions from my bank account. If you want undue hassles and long phone calls and an irresponsible company playing with your bank account, and enjoy being put on hold with little to no response I suggest you sign up right now.
