Ripoff dishonest billing

After ordering and receiving offers as-described, the kind folks at VistaPrint then began charging my card $9.95 a month. Unfortunately, I have just noticed this fraudulent fee on my statement, which made me backcheck and find out that it is the fourth time that I have been charged! Please let me know of any lawsuits for Texas residents.
