Fraudulent Billing unauthorized charges

I just contacted both VistaPrint and BusinessMax,
I had the charges reversed (will be on the lookout if it happens again) but I got it just one month after the billing.

The man on the phone said it was for the free cards from Vistaprint, that it had offers and savings for small business owners. I told him it was unauthorized and that he better reverse them and cancel the charge.

Apparently, even if you select no on every option of vistaprint, the answer is still yes to having this 'free service 1 month trial'

Please let me know when outside Ca residents can get involved.
