Rip-off!

I recently found out the moonlight tried to get $296.00 from my checking account. I never ordered anything or called this company before. So my bank faxed me a copy of the check witch the check had the wrong address so my bank stop payment on the check.

I got the phone number from the bottom of the check but when i called i got medical health insurance company? I asked what is this and he told me that they deal this 50 companys and i ask for moonligh's phone number and address and he told me all he has is the phone number, and they were closed for the day.

So i called moonlight and i finally got to speak with some one after 5 calls i put in. I talked to michael (who answers the phone) i was put on hold for 10 min at a time so i called back and told michael dont even put me on hold again and i asked me to get me a mgr on the phone now he told me that he was out to lunch and his name was keith anderson. I called back 1 hour later and ask for keith anderson again on hold for 20 min keith came to the phone i asked him what does this company do and he told me bill concoladtion.

Words got said and he told he knew more about fraud than i would ever know and hung up on me! Thank God that they did not get my money. But that is aginst the law and my rights. I ask keith about how does it work (before i told him about the fraud) he told me that they take appications. I found out this company has been doing this for the last year! Why are they aloud to do this?
