Better Business Bureau took over a year to close the complaint on Nob Hil Hotel and NOTHING was done to remedy the situation. Rip-off!

Don't depend on the Greater Business Institution for details about a business. Don't depend on the BBB for assist in obtaining a problem settled. They are doing NOTHING. Situation and stage: The Nob Hill Resort in Oakland, California. The area is really hot-you might develop banannas within the areas. The leading desk repetition was rude and discourteous.
