Kelly Barber wants to cancel the one year extended trading room subscription which is $1200. Refuse to refund no phone call

The contract contains two parts, the first part included levevl 1 home study course and material (note, DVD), and three months of trading room subscription. I thought I need more time I added One year extended trading room subscription by myself.
I joined DTI on January 28, and by April 16, I found the course did not help me very much, so I email DTI the termination notice. For a week I did not receive any reply or phone call, so I insisted that Kelly Barber to do something. On April 24 I received a unfriendly reply of refusing to do anything from customer Services.
I just read the complain filed on 2/28, he only paid $1000 for level 1 course and $200.00 for one month of trading room access, even with three month trading room access, total will be only$1600. (1000 cs). Apparently, they are practicing unfair marketing. They charged different price for different people.in addition, they refuse to refund the service (one year trading room access) which I paid myself, I should be able to terminate the service myself. This is unfair practice.
I am asking for refund of at least $1200.00
