Thefxwinner, advisory trading Charged $5000 of subscription fees and said that I will make more than $5000, if not I will be refunded the full amount. Then, they said the $5000 is not part of the equation and denied the refund

Jim Hilliard was the first person who called me and gloated about the top trend fx fund and said it had an excellent 10 year track record making more than 90% on average per year.

He mentioned that if I did not make any money after including the subscription fees, I would be entitled to a refund. Even the terms of the agreement said that.

So, I signed up and made a paltry $400 on my $10,000 invested and on top of that I paid a subscription fee of $5000 for the year. They also had a guarantee that if I do not double my money, I would get a year's subscription for free valued at $2500.

Now, they are not honoring the refund of $5000 and want me to try another subscription service. I am still fighting this and will take them to small claims court, if they do not settle with me.

Kevin Edward is the fund manager for top trend fx. For 3 months, there were no trades. He wants to get paid for sitting on his a*.

Jim Hilliard after the second month of subscription forced to buy another subscription called the Turtle Trading program and lucky I did not get suckered into that.

This company is a bunch of liars. They probably curve fitted the results or falsified them.

Beware of this company and if you are a victim, let me know and we'll sue them together.
