Buyer Beware - Guarantee of 100% Returns is Deceptive Advertising! In Program and Mounting Losses

In April of I contacted Diversified Trading Strategies in San Diego because I saw adds of Chuck Hughes MVP advisory making claims of Guaranteed 100% non compounded returns within 1 year. I joined this service beginning of May based on Max Day, CFO of Diversified Trading Strategies recommendation that if I followed their auto trading program I would recieve 100% returns non compounded and 300% compounded within 1 year of trading. The guarantee is bogus! If you don't make your 100% returns as they claim, they give you the renewal fee for free. This is an expensive service. I paid $5000.00 based on Max Day's recommendation but after reading fine print, you only get guarantee - refund of $5000.00 - if you stay in program 1 year and can prove you have losses - less money than you started with. My experience so far has been several closed out trades - holding 60- 90 days - all at a loss. I am currently holding several more trades in my account - all at a loss. Not one profitable trade since late April and my losses are growing. I have contacted both companies repeatedly requesting a refund but they refuse. Seems I have to hang on for a year and then end it with a loss to get the 100% guarantee. Oh and you will hear from Diversified Trading Strategies constantly to get you to join, but once you do they will not return calls. Every time I get one of their solicitations claiming all the profits they are making I respond by email with my experience of losses. At least now I get an email response, but still refuse to give me back my $5000.00 as I continue to accumulate losses. Will keep you posted as time progesses!
