I received a bad grade because my team mates didn't pull their weight

I completed four classes at University of Phoenix, ground. I received fair grades for three classes, however that fast paaced non-sense didn't allow me to really learn I memorized researchd topics and wrote about it. My team mates in the past three classes were not so bad. However this class, one team mate disappeared, the other was a Nascar man and had no real time for school and the third sent me an email saying that I was bugging her.

That she had a life outside of UOP and not to call or email her again, I complied with her wishes. I immediately sent the emails I had received to my instructor and my counselor they did nothing and because the other two class teams had five people each already I was stuck with these lames. I received a 90 on the final exam in the MGT 331 class taught by someone that was not all there.

I received full 100% credit for my Net G assignments and my Disc Platinum Rule Assessment assignment. All of my personal papers received a grade of 87 or better, get this I received a D because my team sucked.

The instructor was willing to change my grade at first after I pleaded and explained that i had tried to get the team together, I also did my share of the team work, i didn't know tha they were not going to copmplete their share and bring in the paper until the night of class. Oops too late, the instructor would no accept the paper after 10 pm the night of class.

I have sent in a formal complaint to Robert Sizemore of student affairs and Dr. Kocharyan the dean. Neither have reponded nor have they returned any of my phone calls. All I get is answering machines.

I implemented one of the student affairs employeee's in my complaint. Low and behold a few days later they said that i was violating their rules and I was under suspension. I had already transferred to Strayer first all second of all I did nothing wrong except file a complaint, seems like retaliation to me. I was warned not to contact any students or instructors at UOP or I would be in violation of some code.

Any way I too would like to start a class action suit against the UOP.
