Skype ripoff unauthorized credit card charge

Mailblocks.net charged my visa card $24.95 without my authorization. I have never heard of this company and they do not answer the phone for complaints. They want you to e-mail in your complaints. Www.Skype and mailblocks.net appeared on my visa card 2 days apart. I do not know if they are affiliated or not or how they obtained my credit card info.
If you see these charges contact your bank immediately and/or cancel your card to get a new number and stop these theives. I also suggest making a complaint to the, Internet Fraud Complaint Center, at
www.ifccfbi. Gov/index.Asp.
