SKYPE deducted funds out of my account without my authorization

SKYPE IS A RIP-OFFF
They took unauthorized deductions out of my account with my credit card twice. With no way to contact them I was forced to shut down my account and reorder new credit cards. It's sad that I had to do all that because this service allowed me to make long distance calls to Jamaica and control my spending and talk time.
I know I'm not the only one this has happend to... Please come forward with your stories so we can stop this SCAM!!! If SKYPE is legit and honorable they will respond to customer complaints and fix the non-communication problem. At the moment there are no contact persons or numbers for complaints.
Again the only way to stop unauthorized hits in my account was to shut it down and order new credit cards. Some how the message has to get to the corporate level of skype that they're loosing customers with this practice. It's a sad report for an apparent good idea for consumers. Please... Come forward!
