Unauthorized charges $95.66 to my credit card. Never heard of them nor can you contact them

Charges totalling 95.66 made to my credit card. Credit card company says that they do not have way to contact them.

I tried internet skype.net and there is no phone number and contact information email receives no reply.
I never heard of them nor had any business dealings with them.
