I bought a frachise from Unitedsavingsclub.com for $5000. After signing the contract I was to receive gas/grocery discount coupons within 10 days. This did not happen. I attended a franchise seminar at the Citrus-Club in Orlando run by USC (unitedsavingclub) and Franchiseitnow (FIN).

This was attended by Cort Randell and his wife. Scott Vaughn. Joined later by Terri Bears of Franchiseitnow. And 8 franchisees and some spouses. This seminar took place 5 weeks after I had signed the contract. Still no mention of when I would receive my coupons. I became suspious and did some research on the various people involved with both USC & FIN. Cort Randell had been in prison twice fo rmail fraud, wire fraud, stock fraud and various other charges. Terri Bears or Terri Bears-Nix or Terri Hatfield (all same person) had owned various scammer companies with Randell in Florida such as emodel.

I requested my money back in full. They refused! I am now taking a suit against these companies.
