The University of Phoenix is part of the Apollo Group, Inc. Within the Apollo Group, Inc, is: University of Phoenix, Inc; Institute for Professional Development, College for Financial Planning, Western International University, Inc., and Apollo Development corporation. It is the largest for profit multi billion dollar education sham industry in the world. It is a degree mill, and those working for Phoenix are willingly and knowingly working for an instition to bring major fraud upon the United States. The indictment follows suit.

The Apollo Group, Inc is controlling member representing the United States with the World Trade Organization according to the Polaris Institute. Phoenix is in charge of the entire educational academe of the United States surpassing Harvard, Stanford, MIT in clout with the WTO. As a fact since they are not for profit, such as Phoenix, there is a question if Americas leading institutions can be represented in the World Trade Organization.

Politically, its head lobbist was appointed by the Bush Administration named Sally Stroup. Because of Stroup, the Apollo Group managed to acquire 1.2 billion dollars in Federally Backed financial aid last year through fraud.

Is Phoenix accredited? No. It cannot be accredited regardless of the perjury you hear clealy defined under Title 18 USC 1621 and 1622. This is because Phoenix provides 20 hours of instructional time and grants 3 semester credit hours. A semester hour is clearly defined as 15 hours of instruction so 3 semester credit hours would be 45 hours of instruction, and 4 semester credit hours would be 60 hours of instruction.

To get an idea of what I am stating; if one got 20 instuction hours and divided by the constant 15, they would only get 1.3 credit hours. Is 1.3 credit hours 3. Absolutely not! You have to be a fool to believe Phoenix is accredited.

To make matters worse, a BS degree at Phoenix approximates 120 semester credit hours. So Phoenix with 20 hours of instruction for 3 semester credit hours times 40 units would equal 800 instructional hours. To make a UofP student look really ridiculous, let's compare Phoenix to Community College and an Associates degree. An associates degree at Community College of 60 credit hours is 20 units at 45 hours or 900 hours. How can Phoenix grant a BS degree when its instructional hour mandate is 1800 hours only providing 800 hours of instruction unless its clear intent is to defraud the United States government.

So we have a BS degree at Phoenix is below the standard of an associates degree at Community College. It is a degree mill and cannot be accredited. So you frauds at Phoenix, you need a mandated trip to Americas Utopia called the Criminal Justice System.

Those that provide government backed student aid know that Phoenix is not accredited. They know that they are paying for 3 semester credit hours of 180 minutes and Phoenix is providing only 80. As a FASFA student you have a right not to pay any student loan dollars back to Phoenix. Write your student loan backer today; and may this web site start a Qui Tam against Phoenix.
