Fraudulent billing

Today 7/16/04, I just reviewed my online debit card account and saw a random charge placed yesterday by mwi*Galleria. I just got off the phone with them and I was punched through from an assistant to an supervisor (Tim #16604, who also question if my charge was from mwi essentails) who guaranteed my reimbursement and cancellation from their 'savings program'.
I do not know if I was naive in assume that I would be refund. They could not initally find my account information, until I gave them my debit card number, when they realized they had their account not in my name, but under a mispelled version of my name. I can only assume that will be refunded in a couple days. But I am not sure, I will double check with my bank at this point ot block further payments.
