Inc., (Jodi Hans & Justin Blake) Rip-off! Fraudulent advertising and fraudulent billing!

On June 11 I enrolled with Big Bang Products Inc., stupid me. My daughter had attempted to enroll but was unable to complete her membership so she enrolled in her fathers' name. The $49.97 membership fee was on the credit card. Nothing was ever written or mentioned about monthly fees. Then on July 12 I found two more $49.97 deductions for membership fees on my card in both our names.

I have attempted to contact someone to have them remove my account and refund the money, as they advertise they will do. All emails have gone unanswered. No phone number is listed on the site, which we should have taken into account but failed to.

My wife received a phone call from someone representing them offering to help kick start my daughter's business and when she explained the problem he gave her a phone number of 800-292-5812, which is an answering service but they told her they had no phone number for the company. Sounds fishy...

Our credit card company has no phone number with which to contact them either. If anyone has a phone number I would appreciate it. They have taken a total of $149.91 from us. My next step is to visit them, if it is in fact a real physical address. Does anyone have "7 On Your Side" Phone number? That is Los Angeles TV Channel 7 that does investigations of just such companies and people.
