Ripoff

I was going over my e-statement for my bank account and found a charge from wwwonlinepublicart.com I had no previous online transactions and I cannot figure out how my debit information got out there. There is no such site for this charge, and the bank said there was no phone number listed. I had to go to the bank and change my debit numbers immediately, for fear of larger charges next month. I have also noticed a bunch of other reports on this site for this problem. I would like to attempt to trace where this is coming from, and I would like to know of other people who had this occur. My email address is jjessmon@yahoo.com I would also like to know who else, besides the bank should know about www.onlinepublicart.com I'm from St. Louis, and it appears that these charges are occuring all over the US.
