Capital choice connsumer credit rip-off the young at heart

Over a month ago i received a letter said i was already approved for a platinum credit card with a 5,000 dollar limit they also sent a approval certificate capital choice ask that i send 39.00 processing fee which i did i have not yet heard a word from them i sent them a money order in the amount of 39.00 on 12/01/01 i would like to know what kind of company would feed on the young and innoncent.
