Capital Choice Consumer credit big time ripoff consumer fraud rip-off

Bback in april 8 i recieved a letter from capital choice consumer credit affering me a platinum credit card with 0 apr for the first but in order to get this card i have to send $43 processing fee today it's been over a month since i sent them the check and still haven't heard from them i tried to contact them but i keep getting a message saying that their database is temporarily unavailable which is a scam. I think their should be something we can do to stop that kind of scam
