Ripoff Horrible service, only interested in your money

I contacted Telecheck to setup an account with them. I told my sales representative that we had a Yahoo! Store and that I would need her to contact her technical department and forward me technical requirements so we would be able to implement Telecheck.

My sales representative never followed up on this and when our account was setup I learned, after contacting the technical department myself, that Yahoo! Store is not compatible with Telecheck.

Had my sales representative spent two minutes trying to verify the information I requested, I could have avoided hours of paperwork and research.

However, my sales representative was more interested in making the sale than providing us with the service we needed.

I recommend if you have a web site, or a traditional business, that you be extremely wary of Telecheck. They are interested only in getting your money, not in offering good, honest service.

I was so infuriated with Telecheck that I requested that a manager contact me, which, of course, they did not. I am building another e-commerce site on another platform which is compatible with Telecheck, but after their horrible service, will never do business with them.
