Island Concepts, Supreme Holdings, Xtreme Promotions, Aka Cydcor Aka Ds Max Deceptive scam, Liars exploit college grads, the worst pyramid company ever!

Education & Science

I had responded to an ad in Career builders for a position for entry level marketing and management with a company called Island Concept. I faxed my resume over and I received a response w/i 5 min.

The next day I went in for my initial interview. When I arrived at the office, I had realized that there were 3 companies in one small office (xtreme promotion, Island concepts, and Supreme Holdings), but there were quite a few other applicants there. I was told that it was very competitive, and only a few would get a second call.
Of course I got the second call at 6 pm that day.

When I went in for my day of observation, I was very open minded. I went out that day with 3 other people, a trainee, another girl on an interview, and the guy we were tagging along with (a deceptive little punk).
After a few hours a became very skeptical. I didn't mind door to door sales, and I am not afraid of hard work, but I am not naive enough to believe you can get your own company in 6 months either.

We received our lunch time break down, lol, and I was fed lies for 9 hrs. I even tried to explain to the Leader that it wasn't worth the money, still thinking that he was a decent person.

At the end of the day, not to my surprise I got the job. I was congratulated, because so few people made it. Little did I know their biggest expense is listing job offers on web sites week after week. This company exploit naive 20-25 years olds, who are either college grads, or waiting for that winning ticket, and it is neither. Somebody needs to stop this horrible company from continuing in their deceit. So if you see any of those 3 companies listed or their parent company, run! Don't waist your time and certainly do not believe the lies.
