Ripoff, JKH never contacted IRS

We engaged JK Harris (JKH) to resolve our tax problem/battle with the IRS. JKH takes monthly installments out of our checking account which is now been levied. We contacted JKH and overnighted to them the 70 documents as they requested.

JKH has been dragging their feet on our account and the IRS deadline is today. When we contacted JKH about the status, they said that the person who deals with the IRS has been on vacation and they hope the he can get to it today.

We called the IRS and they said the JKH has never contacted them on our behalf and that they are notorious for ripping off consumers/taxpayers.

JKH has no sense of urgency and just doesn't care about results.

I am contacting an attorney about legal action his last name is Roup.
