Ripoff artists cheating people and stealing their money falsely

On 6-3 I was going over my account when I see a $79.95 charge from CIC Credit Report. I had no idea who this was and called my bank.

They suggested that since the amount was "pending" and they could not do anything until the next day when it posted to do some research and find out who the company is, it will make things easier.

I find an ad for a free credit report from this company. So I am being billed from a company I never heard of and have no idea how they got my information when I had never even accessed their site before!

Then, to my utter shock and dismay, I find this site with hundreds of people who have gone through the same thing.

At 7 A.M. My bank says the account will be posted. At that time they will refund my money and issue new cards. They will in turn forward everything over to the fraud line to go after this company.

I was lucky, I caught this in one day before it was even posted. Pay attention to your accounts... Please!!!
