USA Credit ruined my credit... $12,500 debt on credit report

I went online to view my credit report so I could begin paying off my debt & there was a debt I owed in the amount of $12,500. Of course I was shocked because I've never borrowed that much money or had a credit card with that limit.

Anyway, I looked to see who the creditor was & it was USA Credit. And of course there was no contact information so I looked it up online. To my surprise, there was a web-site for USA Credit Scam & it linked me to consumer complaints.

I read stories about people who were scammed by this so called company. Then it hit me. A few years ago, I used to go online line looking for payday loans. I've received them in the past but only for about $200 at the most & I paid them all back directly from my account.

I have no idea where this debt came from & how I got caught up in it but I'm glad that I found out because that is a major debt on my report. Everything else is in the few hundreds & I really need someone to help me get this removed from my report.

And to anybody who is reading this don't ever get caught up in those payday loans because they will sock it to you everytime. I heard about it on the news but never thought it would happen to me & it did right under my nose.
