Ripoff Charged credit card without my consent

I was charged $14.95 on my bank card for something I never signed up for. I called and spoke to a woman she asked me what the problem was, then laughed at me and hung up on me and blocked my phone from calling them again. I recalled from my cell phone and spoke to a guy who said it would be cancelled and would refund my money. Now I have a $60.00 NSF charge because of this. I will have to cover the charges of this but something needs to be done about this company. If I hadn't caught this there is no telling how much I would have been charged.
