Privacy Matters 123 And Truecredit.com
Ripoff, bad customer service, no product

Business & Finance

I signed up for privacy matters 123 free 7 day trial and cancelled at about the 4th day. They sent me a confimation of cancellation that said i wouldnt be charged further. Then a few days later i got a charge from another company, True credit.com. This company said that privacy matters 123 authorized them to add another membership and therefore they are charging me a montly fee still. I called privacy matters 123 to ask them what was up, they said that they had no idea, that i shouldnt be charged. So i called true credit back and spoke with Cindy, rep number 7614. She told me that all the charges were coming form privacy matters 123 and that she is not authorized to cancell anything. When i asked her if she could perhaps contact the company she laughed at me and told me there is absolutely nothing she could do. When i asked to speak to her supervisor she said that he would tell me the same thing and when i said that i didnt care, i wanted to speak to him anyway, she said that he wasnt in at the moment. Then she gave me another number to call, it was disconnected when i tried. It is by far the worst customer service i have ever recieved in my life, she was rude, dishonest and didnt give a damn. So now i am getting charged monthly 14.95 for credit reports i cant even access through privacy matters 123 or otherwise. Also, no one could explain the relationship betweent the two companies to me. I would advise anyone to stay away from these companies, under any circumstances.
