PM Identity - Privacy Matters
Identity - Privacy Matters 1-2-3 "Free" service ends in miscellaneous charges amounting to $19.95

I wanted to do a simple credit check. I used Privacy Matters or "PMIdentity" as it shows on my credit card bill. There were 3 $1 charges on my card, and 1 $16.95 charge. What were they for? Who knows.

I used the service once, and they DID say that after 7 days, you are charged something like 14.95. However, I cancelled my membership within a day, if not the day of. I was told verbally that I would not be charged for my using the service. Then, I notice that I was charged by another company that affiliates themselves with PMIdentity.
