Ripoff fraudulent billing

We recieved a bill for $16.00 for a call made to the United Kingdom at 12:03 am for a Pay-Per-View website. The call was made on a wednesday night. We are both sleeping at this time of night being that we get up for work at 4:30 am. We don't buy Pay-Per-View from our cable company let alone a website.

We refuse to pay this bill for any reason. We don't care if it ruins our credit because that's already bad. There is also the charge of $1.99 per minute on our local phone bill. The duration time is 4 minutes. Who watches a Pay-Per-View for only 4 minutes. Sounds stupid to me, what do you think, short movie isn't it.
