Ripoff! They will not refund me!

I dont know how they getten a hold of my credit card number. They have given me a hard time and said i went to a web site and agreed to pay 14.95 which is not true. I want my money back from decemeber of 2003 and as of now may 26. They are a fraud and something needs to be done about this. I want my money back and these people should go to jail. So can someone please help me?
