Based in either Cambridge, Mass or Nashville, Tenn and owned by James Roberts, Esq. Active website taking pre-payment for bilingual book subscriptions (6) but never ships to unsuspecting customers

Since January Linguality has been unable to fill orders for a 6-book subscription to bilingual books, pre-paid by unsuspecting customers. Despite not having the rights to sell these books and not having any books in stock, they continue to keep the site up & running with no intention of actually shipping books.

About.com has given them an F rating and there are thousands of jaded customers who have gone thru Paypal to get their money back.

The Company also maintains a Cambridge, Mass address where people also send in check payments. The checks are cashed but the books do not go out. The Company is in default of publisher fees to publish in the first place, in violation of copyright laws.

The BBB of Cambridge has listed them for the amount of complaints received and the U.S. Postal Service has rec'd complaints for Mail Fraud but the hundreds of customers who have lost money have not reported this fraudulent activity.
