Over charged

I purchased some cds from FJR and was anticipating a $9.95 cost for delivery, theycharged me $15.25. I delivered the disc collection prior to the 30days and also the info wasn't helpful. They stated they did not receive the cds again and charged my charge card $97 and $47, the costs was said to be $99.95. I stupidly sent the cds back via the postoffice and do not have a following range, they declare they did not get the cds. I'm arguing this state. The worse component along with being overcharged is the fact that you-can't keep in touch with a live person.

In my opinion this can be a fraud.
