Unauthorized Charges

Our boy was signed up for K12 Free Homeschooling for that 2010 school-year. After being charged for that delivery of my "free program", I struggled for weeks to really have it. The substance wasn't at-all as explained but we completed out the entire year. I delivered the disks the final week of May. On 12-21-10, Understanding by Grace charged my bank card an overall total of $200 in four separate purchases. Of couse, you-can't really talk to somebody and so I started a live chat. They're usually rude and he or she explained that I had been being billed for unreturned disks. I discussed that I delivered them-and she continued to express they'd an area high in disks that may not be from the pupil these were being delivered by. She stated it'd be considered a week before somebody in "that" division could easily get back again to me. I never offered them authorization to statement my charge card. Their site won't permit you to take away the card you used-to pay for that delivery but used to do not need "allow automobile pay" examined. After I delivered the disks I "talked" having a consultant about remocing my charge card. She advised me that because the college year wasn't really around, I'd to maintain the data on document but she guaranteed that not just might the info be unacceptable if my kid weren't enrolled for that next year, she also guaranteed me that my card couldn't be charged if "car pay" weren't allowed. Today, I'm out $200 and arguing the costs with my lender.
