Charges without authorization, promise to stop, ripoff

I discovered an authorized charge to my account and called the company in December. The company MWI*HOMEWORKS PLUS agreed to stop the charges, after I told them to council. Of course the charges did not stop and to this date I continue to be charged $14.95 monthly 4/15/04. I have been charged at least $75.00 maybe more I caught the charges in December but I don't know if that is when they started. I am a disabled retired school teacher and I have spent my life teaching children the difference between right and wrong. Obviously these people were not my students.
