Rip-off! Outrageously fraudulent billing

I was charged $199.95 after being assured by the operator at MWI Homeworks Plus that I would not be charged and my subscription was cancelled! This charge caused a chain reaction of overdraft charges in my bank account totaling $84.00!
I just discovered the problem today and plan to report this to my bank and I WILL get a refund of ALL charges, the $199.95 and the $84.00! I'm not taking no for an answer and neither should you!
