I noticed a charges on my bank statement that I did not recognize. I then called the number I found on my bank statement, but I was unable to get ahold of a live person.
The number I called just gave me choices: "questions regarding my charge", and "would I like to cancel". I tried to call twice to talk to a live person, but it wasn't possible.
Who is this company, and why did they take money out of my account?
