MWI CONNECTIONS, MWI SIMPLE ESCAPES2 rip-off unauthorized bank draft

After ordering a coin from TV advertisement, was "automatically" enrolled in a program. Was told to call a number to cancel and I would not be BILLED. I did this and was told account was cancelled.

After this, my account was drafted once by MWI CONNECTIONS for $96.00 and once by MWI SIMPLE ESCAPES2 for $12.95. (I believe the 12.95 was for some complimentary "free" coupons they were sending.)

I contacted MWI and was told that no cancellation was received with a promise to credit my account, but they did not explain how they made the unauthorized draft in the first place.

I am still waiting for the credit. I have contacted my bank to contest the charges.

This company has acted deceitfully and needs to be stopped!
